Today on the Listing Agent Lifestyle, we’re in Winter Haven Florida for a live version of the Listing Agent Lifestyle Podcast with Dillon Fraser from Guelph Ontario.
Dillion and I have known each other for about a year and a half now and talk a lot on Go-Go Agent. He started off as an electrician, then moved into real estate where he’s now been for just over three years.
In that time he has grown from one neighborhood with about 2000 homes to 4 with about 9000 homes in total. Today we will brainstorm and hatch some evil schemes for his business.
We will discuss the forms of assets he is creating and their impact to the number of listings he gets.
