Dennis has been in real estate for about 30 years. He started by co-investing in a joint property while still living in an apartment in Los Angeles and moved into becoming an agent when he saw a gap in the market.
A student of marketing, Dennis started to notice opportunities in out-marketing his competition, especially around using video.
